ABOUT
I'm an operations professional and special projects consultant based out of Austin, TX. I help companies lay track in front of their moving trains.
I'm also an advocate for food supply education. You can see my agriculture projects at clevershovel.com
Why Sensible Pants? I'm a fun loving pragmatist. It's a fun domain name. And we all appreciate a pair of sensible pants.
IDEAS ARE NICE.
WHO IS DOING THE WORK?
You started a company to build a great product. Why are you doing everything else?
Talk to me about operations and implementation projects. Bio here, snoop me on LinkedIn, I'm mostly a lurker on Twitter, or go old school and send me an email.

Courtnie is a seasoned business operator, startup specialist, and urban gardening enthusiast.
She's a pro at implementations, scalable systems, documenting every detail, and program & project management across multiple teams. She spent the first few years of her career in government planning and consulting, dealing with Census data analytics, mapping, and watershed management initiatives. On a lark, she ventured into the multi-family property industry, which introduced her to full spectrum business operations management.
She then turned her talents toward early-stage and high-growth companies in the healthcare, spatial computing, and fintech spaces. Her focus areas are Bizops, program management, logistics, ecommerce, customer success, and compliance.
Growing up in a rural agricultural community, she's had a lifelong passion for local farms. Aside from farming her own urban lot, she is a strong advocate for community gardens and native landscapes. She believes in demystifying food supply chains by encouraging individuals to grow a few veggies at home.
